| 1 | md | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1 | cn | Green beans, No. 2 size |
| 5 | md | Potatoes, cooked |
| 1 | | Egg, beaten |
| | | Fat or lard or burger grease |
| | | Salt and pepper |
| 1 | cn | Condensed tomato soup |
| | | 10 1/2 oz. size |
| 1/2 | c | Warm milk |
Cook onion in hot fat (the stuff) until golden. Add meat and seasonings;
brown. Add beans and soup; pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash
the potatoes; add the milk, egg and season. Spoon in mounds over meat.
Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
